Initial First Session
New clients receive a complete health assessment, posture and movement analysis and full 90-minute session of Rolfing Therapy. We’ll design a treatment plan for you that meets your goals going forward. This session is two hours to accommodate evaluation and assessment. $195
90 Minute Single Session
Additional bodywork sessions can be individually purchased for $145
6 Week Mini-Series (3 sessions)
You will receive three 90-minute Rolfing Therapy sessions spaced two weeks apart and personalized exercises and stretches to do at home between sessions. This is an excellent option for someone just testing the waters or for a very specific issue that needs to be addressed. The six week package works best for prior clients and people in excellent health who just need a little “tune-up.” $395
6 Month Total Transformation (12 sessions)
This is a deep dive transformative package for those who want a total body overhaul. You will receive twelve 90-minute Rolfing Therapy sessions spaced two weeks apart as well as personalized exercises to do between visits to deepen the work. Because the root cause of pain is rarely right where it hurts, twelve sessions allows us to work with your body holistically from the bottoms of your feet to the tippy-top of your head, eradicating posture and movement abnormalities that are causing you pain and stiffness. $1450
